Hot Take on Franchise League

So George Geddes came out with a thing saying that NA, BR, and LATAM will only have 8-10 teams. A lot of people see this number as a bad thing because a lot of good teams will be left out of the Franchise League. However, I believe that this will ensure that the T2 scene will stay alive in Valorant. If Riot suck all of the good teams and talent into their Franchise League, than the T2 scene will be left with no immediate talent or fanbases, which turns into no money being invested into the scene. The only way to not kill the T2 scene with an existing Franchise League is to still have good teams in it in every region and then they can earn some kind of promotion/relagation (idk if this is built into Franchise League or not). I don't know if any of this is right but it makes sense in my head.

TLDR: Low number of teams in Franchise League will save the Tier 2 scene in Valorant.

The issue is as its set there's no promotion, so there's no incentive for t2 teams to be better, just for t2 players to be better.
