i think he will get it, skyesports(the yt channel for the indian valorant circuit) got hacked a month or two back by the exact same fucking thing and they still got their account back
so theres a good chance he'll get his account back

Well my yt channel also got hacked like this. They did exactly the same. My yt channel got a scam strike and therefore channel got taken down but after some talking with yt help I got it back :). So hopefully everything will be back for him
