rank the esport genres

for me

1. Tac FPS
   CSGO, VALORANT, R6 all so enntertaining, most clutch/hype moments, dont need to play game to understand it much. best genre to watch by far.

2. Fighting Games

might be controversial but I very much enjoy fighting games, very hype

3. MOBA

fun to watch if you understand the games, LoL and DOTA have so much history and theyre the most popular esport genre by far

4. Rocket League

goes in its own category, fun to watch car soccer cars go boom yay very fun

5. hero shooters

Overwatch TF2 etc. not for me, can see why people like them though

6. Battle Royale

Fortnite, Apex, PUBG etc. VERY RNG, dont like it very much

dont know how people can have fun watching moba but thats just me

overwatch is terrible to watch imo

csgo
rocket league - i dont play it, but there's something about it that's really fun to watch
apex if there are voice comms from the teams in the last ring
idc about any other games really

Apex is the only battle royale that I found enjoyable to watch, so I’d probably rank genres like: FPS, MOBA, Battle Royale (Apex), fighting games, and then whatever is left
