How come vietnam have 3 slots for challengers
And OCE the only region with 1 slot.
Surely give oce one of vietnams slots.

vietnam is not as good as thailand/Philippines/Indonesia/MY & SG who all have 3 slots
would only make sense to give a slot to oce so all other smaller regions have 2.
