Ranking top non qualed teams

How would you guys rank all the NA teams that werent able to qual for the Closed i.e. tier 2 teams? Not all obv but the actual big names or upset potential teams.

Mine would go smth like:
Knights
Akrew
BBGA
NYFU
COL
Skwirel Warriers
V1
Soar
Nearest Airport

Where is T1 you ask? Well they arent tier 1 nor are they tier 2 so i didnt see fit to put them on the list cause that would be disrespectful to teams like Pugstars, Virtuoso, ZMMB, and Teal Seam.

They won but the first map was close. Still V1 is much better than any of those T2 - T3 teams. They're just havin a bad patch

well V1 is definitely not above Akrew an COL considering COL beat them quite comfortably
V1 during both qualifiers struggled really hard against COL so they at least need to be below or right above COL.
V1 also struggled against Skwirel and they lost to GK soooo...
