But man I really wanna become a strat coach 🥲 I feel so trapped, there is so much I can do, but still not even a team with no organisation would want me kekw
here's what you should do: make posts on notable sites like MEDIUM, or make videos on youtube. Alternatively you can even write posts on VLR or reddit, because pros do read the forums every once in a while. Slowrmaths (the analyst for Knights) actually started out by making breakdowns and analysis posts on Medium and linking them to ValComp i believe.
You need to have some kind of resumé or body of work for people to notice you. I got asked to coach a small imm3 team off a reddit DM.
But sometimes it's about connections; my NA Radiant friend invited me to be the analyst for the tier 2 team he was joining.
The most surefire way to get noticed is to make yourself noticeable. Be active with your analysis, and if a team likes the way you approach the game they'll pick you up.
i myself have been thinking of setting up a MEDIUM account and writing posts but i'm lazy and Valorant is still just a 4fun game for me.
