All good my friend

Liquid fan here, and I do not support this bullshit haha

posted about 2 years ago

100% agree. They really want 5 EMEA reps. And forget about competitive integrity of the whole circuit. Facepalm

posted about 2 years ago

Damn, this sucks. They worked their spot

XD I am a liquid fan and I support this.

Dead this idea and go touch grass

posted about 2 years ago

OP is off his meds. Bad idea

posted about 2 years ago

No. Please don't lump all NA/EU fans in the same bucket as the few retards suggesting an EMEA or NA team should replace an SEA teams spot.

The idea is assinine and if anyone needs an explanation as to why it's a bad idea, they aren't worth talking to.

posted about 2 years ago

Kind of a good point. Their win streak only came after they cemented top 4. And they almost went out to liquid

shocking half by derke, damn

I agree for the most part. but bruh

hard stuck silver csgo / top 500 val?

You've gotta be lying haha. If you're actually being honest, respect. But there's no way I believe that xD

VS. and riot "potentially" fffffffcked them with the Group seeding (or lack of)

EDITED. replied to the wrong dude, cba to type again.

Your assessment of EU ranked, bar the issue with language barriers is the same as NA ranked. I have played it, they're not that different.

posted about 2 years ago

Not saying this is a thing for them, but if I was a current CS pro in EU, aside from there being no reason to switch, I would be discouraged by the fact that so many players can look like mechanical gods in valorant. The invidivual mechanical skill gap is smaller in this game than compared to CS. That is extremely frustrating from an egotistical perspective.

There's this feature called hidechat. Have a good day all.

I never cared for or followed overwatch. What did blizzard do (or not do) to fck it?

posted about 2 years ago

Absolutely. All 24 teams don't have to play at the same LAN either. They can do organised bootcamps / regional middle ground bootcamps and play out ESL Pro league style. and ahve a LAN for like the last 16 or 8 teams.

Lots of ways to make it work. Could be sick.

Scrimbux are like Instagram girls. Juicey, Exciting, You wan more. But they are ultimately devoid of substance T_T

they've achieved about as much as FPX have. You're lost

never argue with an idiot. People from a distance won't be able to tell the difference.

posted about 2 years ago

do not argue with idiots, because people from a distance cannot tell the difference.

"facts"

proceeds to start throwing arbitrarily picked probablities at scenarios that "might" have happened.

I love this forum lol

posted about 2 years ago

you are hypothesising against a guy who served you with an actual fact. What the hell is wrong with you lmao.

If NA had same format as EMEA for stage 2, SEN actually would not have qualified because they got 2-0d by Andbox in challengers 2.

don't talk about how "reality works" when you are yet to grasp it yourself haha. You're just hypothesising how teams "might" have played if the format was different.

I don't subscribe to the whole "best teams didn't rep EU" narrative. Maybe it's true, maybe it's not. BUT your argument is so flawed dude.

posted about 2 years ago

where is anyone saying this? aside from people rooting for team flair. I think it's generally accepted that right now NA LOOKS better. but LAN will confirm all.

posted about 2 years ago

who knows. alot of idiots on vlr.gg. Your take is more than reasonable.

posted about 2 years ago

Sen dropped maps to genG and rise. Then wentnon to win challengers. What's your point? Deluuuuusions run strong on vlr.gg.

posted about 2 years ago

Because they want to see cool, new matchups. Not envy 13-3 everyone in their group.

Because they want to see VS in elimination bracket, not "potentially" go out in groups because despite being top seed from their region, have a harder group than F4Q.

posted about 2 years ago

No one is asking for handpicked. They are asking for a little bit of common sense to be exercised.

What's the point in seeding if 3rd best team in NA has the easiest group (easier group than the top 1 seed NA).

What's the point in seeding and a random draw if the #1 team in KR is in a harder group than #2 KR seed.

Denial of this is purely delusional.

posted about 2 years ago

Dude it's shocking. I'd love to know what their thought process is for this. Seems like a lack of thought to me tho

posted about 2 years ago

Ya it's ridiculous man

posted about 2 years ago

no actually they did VS dirty. They're probably capable of beating those 2 EMEA teams, but the fact remains, they are the number 1 seed of their region and got put into a tough ass group. It's almost 100% that at least 1 EMEA team will make it out of that group. Same can't be about the Korean team tho

posted about 2 years ago

You're right. But the purpose of seeding is to balance groups and more importantly, reward qualification performance. So how are 3 teams that are clearly in the top 8 out of 16 all in same group. That is neither rewarding VS as #1 seed or creating a balanced group.

posted about 2 years ago

Good analogy.

posted about 2 years ago

come on man, don't be delusional. Acend knocked Gambit down to the lower bracket, which is arguably a more important game than the upper bracket final. I'm not saying they intentionally threw seeding games, but you're smoking something crazy if you think the team that tore through challengers to qualify for EMEA and sent the eventual EMEA winner into the lower bracket aren't good.

posted about 2 years ago

yeah man. a number of ways they could solve that group, but ah well. we'll see!

posted about 2 years ago

not necessarily true. EMEA #2 and #3 could easily have been number 1 on any other day. Even liquid almost beat gambit practically playing 4v5 on the 3rdd map. It's never so clear cut on valorant bro.

posted about 2 years ago

Unless you're Envy.

Or how about winning your region (VS) and ending up in the most stacked group.

Great seeding

posted about 2 years ago

That's one way of looking at it. But then common sense should tell you that because of regional competitiveness.
VS are in a bad group.

"VS got 1st....they deserve a bad group".

posted about 2 years ago

It's even easier than that. They literally could even put Vs in Group B with Envy and that would more or less fix it.

2 EMEA teams in group is only half the issue.

#1 KR team in the most stacked group is also a problem.

posted about 2 years ago

okay fuck it then, lets just go, SEN, GAMBIT, SMB, ACEND in 1 group then.

"not boring" enough for you? 😀😀😀😀😀

posted about 2 years ago

no lies told. facts only

that tickled xD

look at the groups and try again.

Best in KR has a harder group than 2nd place in KR. 3rd best team NA has EASIER GROUP THAN 1st BEST IN NA.

Seeding isn't just numbers, it's also common sense. YOU FOOL
