I'll give a real answer, pros like FNS have maintained around radiant/immo 3 mmr since the game came out. A lot of matchmaking in this game is based on your hidden MMR, so pro's who are actually good at the game maintain this elo easily because the game pushes them to be their deserved rank whether it be getting matched with better players (high imm/rad) or getting higher amounts of rr (getting 30+ when they're below their previous act ranks). Ranked and pro play are way different environments and have no correlation between each other, the only thing that carries over is prob general mechanics. Also you can easily get imm if you have ok aim, good gamesense, and a decent mmr, if you can't you're probably playing wrong.
