I disagree with SKiZ0vlr's condescending implication that this was a poorly written article. I don't think the inclusion of clips is a "basic" of how journalism works--we're talking about writing here, right? And neither is hewing so closely to the headline.

I think the author did a great job of recapping the major narratives from this weekend, with effective use of quotes from the players. A simple laundry list of the "flashy plays" that you're calling for here would not do justice to the event's drama at all.
