this isnt in order but the goats are

aspas - will probably go down as greatest player in valorant history, basically how 2021 tenz was but in 2024
tenz - i mean its tenz, 2020 and 21 he was a different breed and what he has done for the game in terms of popularity, everyone who knows valorant knows tenz
f0rsaken - best flex in val, competed in many final and currently the apac goat
saadhak - one of if not the best igl oat in val, mentored and played wit aspas, pancada, less, many accomplishments
chronicle - only 3 time winner, one of the best support players

early feb - late march | split 1 and playoffs
late april - mid may | masters 1
mid june - early august | split 2 and playoffs
late august/early sep - late sep | masters 2
late sep - late october | break
late october - late november | champs
early dec | relegation tournament

split 1 | teams play every team once, teams play twice a week, every win is a championship point
split 1 playoffs | top 8 teams from split 1 make it, double elimination bracket, top 3 teams from playoffs go to masters

masters top team from each region goes to play offs, double elimination groups and playoffs

enough time inbetween to get visas sorted

split 2 | teams play every team once, teams play twice a week
split 2 playoffs | top 8 teams from split 1 make it, double elimination bracket, top 3 teams from playoffs go to masters

break | gives everyone time to get visas and rest in, extra opportunity to practice

all champions bundles sales go towards prize pool for champs like dota does, makes stakes higher
every game won in splits, playoffs and masters earn a champion ship point
champs | top 8 teams with most points from each region qualify, swiss format groups, top 16 qualify, 16 team double elimination playoffs

relegation | 4 teams that didnt make champs go into a 3 day tournamet, 2 teams teams that lose get relegated to challengers and top 2 teams from challengers make it

is the entire year so far or just the leagues?

posted 2 days ago

they played bad but all the games were close besides loud, lev had aspas getting 50 kills for them too win and if they didnt throw against eg

posted 2 days ago

what does cj mean?

like cj frm grove street or what?

posted 3 days ago

definetly nervous, this is his first playoffs and the most important game so far in his career

posted 4 days ago

yeah they grind new patch get ready for champs and go on a run, i think this will be zellsis' final run aswell as he will probably retire and sacy might retire too or go back to brazil

posted 4 days ago

i hope sentinels dont qualify for shanghai
most of the teams from madrid have been struggling in their own leagues (besides chinese teams and prx) and the break will give them enough time to rejuvinate and get new plays and shit
obviously for mental it is bad but if they all look at the big picture, champs, they can play well in split 2 and get the points needed then when it comes to champs they ball out
when it comes champs times the teams from shanghai will struggle

posted 4 days ago

w list, i think c9 is above loud tho

posted 4 days ago

they really chose ethan and demon1 over narrate and saadhak lmao

posted 4 days ago

nrg probably wouldnt have kept s0m on main roster if marved stayed

i feel ardiis was always the main replacement for yay because ardiis or cryo were the 2 and 3 best chamber players

unfortunately most of the chamber players in 2022 got fucked in 2023, which is why so much of the previous best players struggled and why the best teams had the players that didnt switch from jett to chamber

posted 5 days ago

tbh this year the top teams are SO much better and closer

last year there was top teams that u knew were gonna qualify, there really werent any upsets beside eg

posted 5 days ago

he was never gonna join nrg

he said he wanted to take a break and he only joined sentinels cos 6 man and plus the money he wouldve got, same thing that zellsis wanted to do

and s0m on controller was their best player last year, he probably does better than marved

posted 5 days ago

the team lost 3 games
lev was a close as u can get and aspas had to carry for them to win
eg was close but they fucking threw so hard
loud was the only convincing one

the team does not need to kick anyone they are the major winners for a reason
they play the exact same map pool every game (lotus, bind, sunset, icebox ) and have played the most games out of every team itw and had no time to practice inbetween madrid and kickoff
over off season they need to change comps on some maps (breeze and lotus being the main ones) get new strats and come into split 2 being a different sentinels like they did coming into kickoff and madrid

LOUDs prime is the greatest (2, 12, 1, 2, 8, 3, 4) always attending LANs and consistently placing high
Fnatics is second, they have qualified to most LANs since the beginning of VCT (2, 8, 12, 6, 1, 1, 4)
PRX is third, if they had won a major they would probably be 1st but no major is really disappointing they have placed really well in most of their international LANs (4, 2, 12, 32, 3, 2, 3)

NA has the most depth out of every region, they win most acension tournaments in americas

posted 1 week ago

as long as they win their next 2 matches they can definitly make playoffs

KRU have to play LOUD, LEV and 100T and I just don't see them beating any of them but they can get one
G2 have to play LEV, MIBR and LOUD and besides MIBR i dont see them winning against the other 2 teams
C9 probably wont lose anymore games
NRG may lose to 100T but probably not

based on these the rankings would be

CLOUD9
NRG
(then a 3 way tie)
G2
KRU
SEN

as long as they win map/round differential theyll make playoffs but even if they do with their current performances they probably won't make Shanghi

posted 2 weeks ago

i mean as long as they win 2 they should be able the qualify based on krus and g2s next games and if any of the other teams lose

if they win 1 they can still qualify but they need kru to lose the rest of games and g2 to lose rest of games then hope map/round differential in their favour

posted 2 weeks ago

I dont think kru win anymore games, i think g2 only gets 1 more win, so as long as sen win their next 2 games i dont see them not qualifying

posted 2 weeks ago

tbh missing out on Shanghai isnt too bad, they got international experience again and can use that time to prepare and anti strat the fuck out of every team, they already have the most championship points

the reason why they seem to be struggling right now is because every team has so much information on them so they can instead use the off time to watch all the other teams and prepare for them

obviously for mental is somewhat bad but again they did win madrid and if they focus completly on champs they could definetly win it

posted 2 weeks ago

they're not out of playoffs tho?

posted 2 weeks ago

sen lost in a regular season match, every single major winner has lost to a worser team too it doesn't mean shit

posted 2 weeks ago

lmao, it hasnt even been a month since madrid and yall continously hate

posted 2 weeks ago

i mean they just won a masters, he is trying to keep them in form so they dont fall off

posted 2 weeks ago

na?

posted 2 weeks ago

or have regelation and increase the regional team count to 16

bottom 4 teams relegate back the challengers top 4 from challengers go into franchising

posted 2 weeks ago

its literally a fact jesus was a real person

posted 2 weeks ago

imo the list is

sen - biggest sample size, won madrid and still look really good, they've lost games so the loss to lev isnt too bad, they bounce back
nrg - this team is americas version of fnatic, a super team on paper and can probably become the best in americas but they did lose to sen and ethan being new to igling, i think theyll reach full potential at champs
c9 - idk if they are this good but they have had a good run so far, if they carry this on they can definetly make a international lan but well see, they are a new team and no one there are really gone to international stage besides xeppaa and vanity but its been a minute
loud - i mean its loud, probably the greatest team oat in americas, they can definetly bounce back from some rough losses, i think qck is there deciding factor, if he plays good they win if he plays ehh they win but he has also played kinda bad often getting duelist diffed
lev - they have aspas and he just carries them, idk bout the rest of the team, if they can improve their team play and not rely on aspas to drop 30 every game they can definetly be top 3
100t - idk they are always a huge let down, but they look to be improving, still think another year of accomplishing nothing
kru - they look decent but they havent versed any good teams so well see
g2 - new franchised team they dont look bad, but idk why the fuck they have icy on duelist when have leaf on the team
mibr - dont look too good rn but in kick off they didnt look bad
eg - look bad rn but again kickoff they didnt look bad, they have potter who has proven to be a great development coach and they still have jawgemo
furia - yeah idek, they're games end to quick to watch

its too early tbh to really know the list, most of these teams havent even play 10 matches this year, some have only played

posted 2 weeks ago

that was only in playoffs and tbh no one even expected cloud 9 to get there, both eg and c9 were predicted to be the worst in americas but they exceeded expectations

in regular season imo leaf was the best duelist

posted 2 weeks ago

easiest - controller
hardest - sentinel or initator

large population may not correlate to percentage of ppl playing video games but if you have a huge population like india (which is the largest populated country in the world) there should still be a large number of people playing video games and apparently over 400million ppl play video games in india according to https://www.statista.com/statistics/1064010/number-of-online-gamers-india/ which is higher than the population of united states. Sure playing video games professional probably isn't popular like countries in the western world but again, with the population amount there should be more ppl becoming pro in video games

the only reason why it probably isnt as popular is due to lack of funding and investment in the space, for example counter strike, they invested into india but due to forsakens cheating scandel most teams pulled out basically resulting in the end of indian cs

im probably wrong on a lot of these points but this is just my opinion

posted 2 weeks ago

why isn't india so good at valorant? also are they good at any video games in general?
they should be like china because of a large population and poor ppl who grind the game

posted 2 weeks ago

tf did sentinels do to u gng?

posted 2 weeks ago

bro what? i dont even understand what u meant in the first paragraph

second paragraph i said NEAR impossible, that is because of Sentinels current map pool, aspas literally had the game of his life,

u saying im glazing, you sucking aspas' dick with triple hands sucking that shit down ur fucking throat, dripping maple syrup everywhere wit ur ass hanging out letting the other lev member take turns

shut yo canadian maple syrup ass up

posted 2 weeks ago

ppl said zekken is the best because when they played eachother in kickoff zekken performed better, when sen and nrg played demon1 played very bad

obviously if you have someone play better than aspas and demon1 and consistantly perform then be the best player in a internation major that those 2 players didn't qualify too, you are going to say they are better.

aspas is also on a shittier team and stats are likely inflated BUT i do think aspas it better but zekken is close, they both clear demon1

posted 2 weeks ago

sentinels beat every other team, lost to lev who lost to C9, so that means Cloud 9 is the best team in the world

also people calling aspas the best doesn't mean that leviatan is the best team in the world

posted 3 weeks ago

lev lost to c9, does that mean c9 are the best?

posted 3 weeks ago

sentinels cuz they won the most recent major
