If kids are the problem just make it so vlr has to verify an ID or smth and put an age limit of like... 16+ or something. What if there's a vlr user who does not play Valorant and therefore does not have a rank?

I mean, I don't consider myself low rank but I'm sure there are esport enjoyers who are low ranked and can still hold a good conversation. I just don't think rank should even be considered in the equation when determining the value of a person in a conversation. As for the flexing messages, then yeah that's obvious braindead+fatherless behavior, those people should just be ignored. I understand where you're coming from tho.

There are some matches that are somewhat of a 50/50 to me. For example, idk how the new GE roster is going to fare against teams like Furia and Vitality, but at the same time Vitality isn't known in EU to be a top team anyways.

That could potentially disencourage meaningful conversations though. Low ranked people may feel uncomfortable talking if they see a high rank, and high ranked people might be so egotistical to the point where they straight up refuse to talk to low ranked people/use their rank as a means to show some nonexistant superiority or smth.

I doubt I'm right for a bunch of these, I don't follow APAC too much and I don't watch a lot of Team Vitality. But here are my pick'ems!

Well, I disagree with your statement that everyone is basically at the same skill level, because it's very obvious when one persons dribbling or shooting is better than another. However, you're right that often the game is decided by very few goals, which in my opinion makes the game more exciting, because that allows for so many exciting upsets and revenge storylines lol.

As far as I'm aware it's ingrained into some cultures. For example, here in Italy, if you wear the wrong football jerseys in some cities, you can get verbally abused. Wonderful isn't it? But personally I love watching football for the suspense (you see them pass the ball around and stuff before building up to a goal). I think scoring a goal every half an hour adds to the expense because when they finally score is when one teams fans get super happy and the other teams fans get to sulk in defeat lol. Which is why I can't watch basketball because you score every minute or smth idk.

I can imagine so many foreign korean + oceanian players currently residing in China without a team after disbanding... and I imagine that teams like Wolves, Nova, or maybe even TYLOO/TEC might want to sign them when time comes.

Honestly I hope a CN team will pick up SWERL. Man's one of my goats lol.

I mean, maybe it's recentism or something but I think T1 looks really solid as a team right now. I haven't watched the RRQ matches but I did hear that they are cooking. I just don't know how hard. I picked FPX mainly because I think they've got the mentality to push Trace Esports (imo they're top 3 CN team) now that a weaker RA (due to dropping yoman) is out of the picture. And last but not least, yes, I need to inhale that TL hopium as often as I can.
