towards the end of a match where it does not affect the outcome whatsoever. there is a clear difference from how sen used their timeouts in the group stage + map 1 against g2 vs how they used it in the last 2 maps
my brother i said "running down A" as in no depth to their gameplan compared to when shit was actually on the line the first map they were essentially deathmatching a majority of it. and "holding timeouts" means that they DIDNT use them are you kidding
you clearly did not watch the same maps then with sen running down A on breeze literally 7 rounds in a row with neither coach even calling timeouts until later in the game

it has everything to do with history. ppl grew up with cs and has been around for generations to pass down to their siblings or even kids. multiple versions of the game for every generation its not about the age of the fans its how far its reach is over a long time
