he wasnt worse on paper than he actually is, the only thing i think they got very slightly wrong about him was his jumper, which they rated an 8/10, which is still really high
he wasnt underrated bro he was the 3rd pick in the draft. the top 5 is usually ridiculously close. and luka isn't "unathletic" nor is being athletic overrated. a long time ago, sure. but since like 2008 athleticism wasnt the main focus of scouts. you can literally go look at all of the things that go into scouting a player if you want.

yeah bro obviously... but at the time, like i said before, deandre ayton and marvin bagley were 2 of the best prospects in years even outside of their own draft class. that doesnt mean they are better than him, after all, scouts are literally just predicting how they think said player will do in the nba. they were wrong about luka. he is one of the best players in the nba right now. but that doesnt mean that they value athleticism over skill. they obviously dont because they want to win. skilled players bring you championships.
