hes good, just there is better young players for the role. Also, his inconsistency affected some outcomes, and his aggresive style gets punished quite a bit.

i guess take the bet on zander igl, theres not other igls available who proved themself last year. johnqt taken, valyn got the bag, flyuh went with friendship and team chemistry over franchising, shahzam had a poor last year, steel went to cs, nitro just camed back but burned bridges on 100t mb, saadhak resigned with loud and fns is looking to build not fill. mitch is an option but he does not have the firepower imo. gmd may be an option but i dont know, he seems such a weird player.

I dont think he is a bad coach. He is really good by the interviews and his past experience on strategic review and he is very passionate. He does not talk very well pt imo, and he mixes it with spanish. For a Head Coach having trouble getting the message in important timeouts might affect the outcome of matches. He does seem to have a good spanish, so he might be better on latam teams like leviatan, who i've heard had talks with lev, but they chose Goked. Also he does seem comitted with Loud. This stubborness might end with him not getting the results he wants. I think Loud should go for peu/onur (same language problem with the latter but with more motivational and structured style) for keeping the identity or fixing the language barrier. Also him going to NA would upgrade teams like c9 who i think are going for cheap and a friendship road with immi, and an aggresive style players like vanity/oxy/xeppa. 100t who are going to get a strategic coach, who i do not know him as motivational but rather game knoleageable like zikz might not work with a young roster, and you might see again the consistency problems even with an upgraded roster, as imo they lack a proper motivational guy and more structure, to control the chaos.

Asuna has fallen over on the latter season and has a different style than nismo, but he is such a important mental piece for 100t that i would not replace him. Zekken only overlaps with his raze imo so he could replace him but he is performing better this last season so i would not.

ethan is not a sova player tbh, but he is the best support out there. If they dont get ethan, they should go for brawk. Zander over bang is good on paper, but maybe asuna vouches for both to stay. keep cryo and asuna is good. I personally think they should go for flyuh/saadhak/less for igl.

not a bad coach, just 100t need less of a strategic coach, but rather a motivational coach for performance. And change stellar for the same issue. His stubbornness on midrouding more and less preplanned stuff was the oblivion of 100t identity. You need some frod/onur/joshrt/happy style for hc and move mikes to ac. They need to embrace their chaos with players like that. For spotter initiator trent fits that style so well, if not brawk/verno are your go to, but buyouts might be a problem for the latter. For IGL you need someone who is mentally a rock and a motivator, so valyn fits that but not the sentinel role, so imo after thinking about it neT would be an absolute great igl as he sometime midround on guard, and he is really comunicative.

if meiy is not in franchising next year im gonna be impressed, he looked tier 1 to me, a lil bit crazy but you need that type for duelist. Also Krystal al jemkin are super interesting.

they should aim for onur/peu not koy. They need to build around mwzera and khalil. Theres a world where you can keep kon4n if money is tight. Let the coach make roster not player as they have conflict of interest. They need IGL>DUELIST>SENTINEL in that order. For igl no brainer raafa. Top priority. Other options are xand(might not fit), deigara (he knows pt and had a great season), murizz (do not like and had a poor season but experienced), ntk (secondary caller on union, but there drama), and this one my own opinion adverso (did not work on 00 but he has good firepower and fit roles+ good pt)
For sentinel you can go for pancc (doubt it for all the drama involved, but hes the best option firepower wise), bezn1, guihh and bld.
For duelist i suggest tomaszy as he looked tier 1 level and he knows pt but hes an import and that comes with problem and cost. Theres options, like havoc(best option after tomaszy), askia(lack of experience but talented), tisora(waaay to agressive like dg), liazzi (roles clash with mw), artzin(gave duelist to xand), etc.

RUNNER is a great duelist player, along with patitek they looked great on diamant. They need a good smokes and a flex to fill. They can keep destrian as main initiator (sova), but you can upgrade from him tbh. They should aim for enzo/unfake igl. If they go enzo/unfake you let go of destrian tbf as he did not look good on smokes and he has same role as enzo/unfake. Then you can get patitek/musashi for flex/flash initiator and get back baddyg from acend or mistic from apeks. If they cant get enzo you should get bati for smokes/igl and keep destrian+patitek/musashi

as i said, hard getting a new igl in emea where there are like 3 or 4 igls with good numbers on challengers. and theres 6 teams waiting for one maybe you can import johnqt or flyuh but i dont know if teams are gonna invest some big bucks in emea. Even Enzo might run it back with Apeks(i doubt so) but vitality and kc are gonna invest so much for him, and also heretics is may want to not continue with boo igling. I think after the psychologist the igling looked good, but the numbers and roles in koi did not fit the meta.

theres not much igls on emea available. Hopefully they can buy a good igl, but kolda has much more experience than most these players i listed except enzo. Kolda was by far the worst statistically player on the roster, but that almost always happens on smokes role, also an IGL. Wolfen is a chamber main, and he struggles on jett on lan (not on scrims as ive heard), but he ended playing a mid kj. Theres so much better players for duelist and sentinel than him who isnt even an igl. I would keep sheydos but his season was not good. He had some good maps on kj but his change for initiator hurt him alot.

look at the notes tho for koi, i think hes great but inconsistent. He can be kept, as he had no psychologist for almost all split and playing 2 different roles, and changing homes and language might be a problem. I think EMEA lacks an pure russian team where he can shine like gambit.

Now that everyone showed their true potential after a whole season we can debate about changes, and this are my suggestions:
KOI: starxo(kick) sheydos(kick) koldamenta(keep) trexx(keep) wolfen (kick) get MONSTERR/fizzy(sentinel) UNFAKE/yaboylewis(initiator) keiko/miniboo/tomaszy/jugi(duelist)

notes: In EMEA there's low amount of IGL's, so keeping him makes it easier to build even with his stats, and trexx is a no brainer. starxo is limited to skye and you need more from a flex role, also had a terrible season. Sheydos is a questionable as he carries some games, then he disappears, so imo he is replaceable, but he can be kept. Wolfen got better after a hard season but there's much better players on his role.

BBL: souhcni(kick) asl4n(keep) qutionerX(keep) turko(kick) brave (kick) GET JEYJ7Y/beyaz(igl) RUXIC, and WOOT
notes: i don't like souhcni igling, really slow and really dependant on qti openings. asl4n is a good player, he clutches alot so i think he can stay, but there's upgrades like lauress. qti is undeniably the best player here. Turko has clutches but he had a rough season in stats and there are some upgrades, same as brave.

Heretics: benjyfishy(keep) mixwell(keep for flex/and for exp) avova(kick) boo(keep as smokes) keloqz(kick) get keiko/miniboo/tomaszy/jugi and UNFAKE/yaboylewis
notes: I think benjy can't be evaluated after 1 match so i would like to see him 1 more season. Mix is replaceable, but his experience can help new players and he is half the fanbase. Avova had his worst season ever, and boo was a good smokes and get a more vocal igl like unfake is a no brainer. Keloqz is waay too much inconsistent so any of the duelists listed are much better than him.

I think xms redeemed himself but you can keep him if cant get logan. Move sh1n to smokes, and has to get enzo no matter what, if not look for beyaz. Also get happy for h coach.

Vitality twisten(rip) bonecold(kicked) destrian(kick) cender(keep) molsi (keep only 1 year) get mistic/baddyg/kpzet and keiko/miniboo/tomaszy/jugi and enzo/yaboylewis/bati (igl)
notes: I think twisten was the heart of this team, so getting a core from apeks might be the best route, so players go past the page from this year. cender was so good, and molsi had to play too much roles so i won't criticize him much, but he had so much bad games and you can keep destrian over him for initiator role tho.
