FOKUS is a Polaris roster wearing a Tyrolean hat

Cause apparently I'm showing "favoritism" if I use any of the Polaris flairs ._.

Difference between this Apeks and the last one is how they actually react when something wrong happens even if they are playing against less experienced talent.

Example when OnlyFins sent them to overtime on Sunset, after that map they used the 3-week break to change their entire comp as they realized that if a team like OnlyFins could bring them to overtime, this comp may not be as good as they thought.

Small mistakes get corrected consistently by the team and while that also was the case for the previous Apeks roster this is way more proactive, Dannyto and Desmo are looking really good at making sure the players ain't slacking at any point.

Vitie has some insane rounds at times, his raw mechanics as a smokes player is quite good.
Al0rante is just too consistent these days to not get into VCT
Pyroll is a niché pick but he is the only reason I watched CL Portugal matches
Other players worth mentioning are Minny, Click, Wackie, B1SK, Feeqn, Lewis and Pa1ze

Ticey has a lot of potential as a duelist player, he doesn't have the same support as a duelist like Kaajak does but he has impressed me.

vouch, so much potential

Oh yeah we are well aware of the level not being as high as last year. 19/42 of the players in the league this split had zero Challengers experience beforehand and most of them are very young.

FOKUS left the league 1 or 2 days before we got confirmed as the new TO operator, we could not make any major changes to the league cause of how late we took over and L1NK got signed by UCAM right before roster deadline so LPB had to disband as well.

I think it's good these players get some experience, good for local talent development which may benefit us in the long-term though. Split 1 is already a success for us since we completed all the objectives we had for this split.

nope they didn't, C9 replaced G2 as reported by Slasher back in 2022.

Still wouldn't make sense cause EG would've still made partnerships 🤓

posted 2 months ago

OpTic did not get into partnerships because they fucked up on their partnership application to Riot. If they won Champs they still wouldn't have made it in because partnership applications were submitted months in advance.
C9 was the organization that replaced G2 last minute, so therefore EG would've still been in partnerships no matter what.
