no, u get it by posting a lot, u lose starts if mods take away or if u get many downfrags(not sure about the downfrag part)

just say nothing controversial, always suck off NA and you'll get to 4 stars in no time
praising NA is far less successful than you would imagine. way more EU members to downvote than NA.
Someone should try to get to 4 stars purely off of ratios
