why should kayo not be able to underarm? skye and breach can both close range flash for themselves, no reason kayo shouldnt be able to

It doesn't make sense why Yoru(a duelist) doesn't have an underhand flash when kayo has given how Yorus flash is more like an initiator flash . The underhand flash is like a different version of Phoenix flash.

yoru has arguably the best close range popflash in the game by bouncing it off the floor through a smoke which i argue more than makes up for it. the character doesnt really have the need for an underarm/ closer range flash when most of its usage is in tping or popflash setups

The pop flash through smokes by yoru is broken but without smoke his flashes are way too easy to dodge which is why he should have an underhand flash. Or they could simply buff Yorus flash and make it bounce faster.

the last thing yoru needs is a buff, hes in a fine state right now. not having an underarm flash doesnt undermine the character he doesn't need it

Clove is already really strong in ranked I don’t think they need to compete with omen in pro play I don’t think a change is needed
Neon wall should do damage or the stun should be quicker
Chamber global trip makes sense
I don’t think kayo needs a nerf, he has very poor win rate in comp and pro play

Neon wall damage back when she was released, hardly gave more than 10 hp damage. So I'm not sure if it would make such a big difference.
Kayo flashes require lineups and shit so in ranked people hardly play. But in pro play that shit is way too strong also like I mentioned above Yoru a duelist has an initiator like flash, he should be the one having underhand flash not kayo

kayo doesnt need a nerf, even if you remove his rightclick ppl will just start doing CS flashes, viper needs a buff, add 2nd snakebite back and increase wall because orb is crushing :(
