That being said, it’s been three years with two international appearances where he failed to make enough of an impact to win a Masters game
One option is to move him to another role, but that would depend on if he was willing

Regular sports: teammates get frustrated and shit talk each other, but eventually they work it out for the sake of the team and keep things in house
Esports: moment someone is toxic or says something remotely wrong some salty teammates post everything to twitter so that they can farm interactions and get sympathy points

like very few ppl are actually buying merchandise for an esports team (since it’s kinda embarrassing to wear in public which defeats the purpose of having it)
and it’s not like these teams have stadiums booked where they sell their own tickets/concessions etc.
there’s also very little social media presence from even some of the best teams and i’m not sure how much of the split they get from twitch streams
i’m surprised teams even last this long tbh, must be some generous investors
