It's difficult to decide which was Aspas' prime year. 2023 Aspas was overshadowed at times by Less's monstrous performances, and 2024 it's not even over. I'd choose 2022 because of the titles and consistency of LOUD

posted 3 weeks ago

More like how dominant they were

posted 3 weeks ago

It's almost the same placements. But at least EG won champs

posted 3 weeks ago

How? Fnatic is the only team to ever win 2 titles in a same year + they made a deep run in champs

posted 3 weeks ago

Maybe, the Top 5 players is really really close in my opinion. Less could be in any order tbh

Players:

  1. SEN TenZ (2021)
  2. LOUD Aspas (2022)
  3. EG Demon1 (2023)
  4. OPTC yay (2022)
  5. FNC Alfajer (2023)

Teams:

  1. Fnatic (2023)
  2. LOUD (2022)
  3. Evil Geniuses (2023)
  4. Optic Gaming (2022)
  5. Gambit (2021)

Thoughts?

Sorry, let me rephrase. Most strict winner mentality players get toxic when things don't go their way

posted 1 month ago

I don't really care about Yay being toxic. At the end of the day, most pros who are toxic against their teammates are players who have a strict winner mentality (like I assume Yay does). The problem with Genghsta and Yay here is that Genghsta LEAKED private comms and accused Yay of bribing Ocean with 10k with no proof whatsover. I don't think that Yay being a bad teammate here is the problem, because lots of teams have lots of dirty laundry

So... Is he actually going to a team? Or was the whole thing a bait?

posted 1 month ago

What? How am I attacking you?

posted 1 month ago

Guessing something is making a claim. And crazyguy has nothing to do with this, idk how Bleed is related to NA DSG on this

posted 1 month ago

allegedly* there's no proof to claim that

posted 1 month ago

2 apac players are not worth that

posted 1 month ago

But you are basically out for the rest of the year if you're KOI even if you add prime Demon1 prime Sayf prime Chronicle prime Starxo and prime Jamppi on your team in the second split

How is that arrogant, what he said is humble lol

OXY, Keznit, Aspas, Demon1, zekken, MiniBoo, BuzZ, t3xture, something, Jremy, kangkang, etc

It's only one bad tournament, he was the best player in FURIA by far in Kick-Off and showed a really fucking good performance against Vitality and GE. He's performance is probably something internal in the team

posted 1 month ago

Vitality are really fucking good imo. At times, they play like the best team in the region, but they throw a lot of rounds that makes them look like fucking silvers. I have faith in Vitality and NAVI. Can't say the same for the other teams

posted 1 month ago

Boaster said it when they lost to KC in Kick-Off: "We don't have the same hunger than these guys", the team is just not feeling it right now. Maybe getting a rookie like Alfajer was in the day could hype the team up, because only Boaster is screaming rounds rn.

idk what just happenned. everyone is whiffing, we're to scared to enter a site. we need mini back :clueless:

It's the ardiis effect really, I think he'd perform well in an NA team lol ardiis was dogshit in NRG and now he's stomping in his own region

I like what am reading

Either mwzera locks in or they get a LATAM or BR rookie duelist, the downgrade from mwzera is worrying, maybe something internal in the team. And I've seen dgzin play in VCL, he's not that impressive compared to last year.

posted 1 month ago

maybe buy bzkA, fRoD or just steal peu from LOUD

posted 1 month ago

better than mwzero and dgzon

posted 1 month ago

Tacolilla on duelist
Askia plays initiator
snw young star rookie, put him in sentinel
pAncada obviously goes in smokes
put nzr in flex and IGL

Idk if many people like the idea of mixing BR and LATAM, but it worked pretty well for Leviatán and KRÜ in the past

posted 1 month ago

nzr the only good asset in that team and you want to kick him xdd xand is terrible rn and dgzin is not a fraction of what he was in 2023

posted 1 month ago

nzr wasn't IGLing in Leviatán, kiNgg was

posted 1 month ago

Poor guy, he got kicked by a good looking Leviatán in christmas. At least he's in franchise, but just build a team around him and ez top 4

posted 1 month ago

I mean, yes, you could argue he left? But he never left C9 officially

posted 1 month ago

When? Liquipedia doesn't date any inactive or bench move when he was on C9

posted 1 month ago

He's going to be 33 yo next year and aiming to 34, I doubt G2 or any org is going to bet on FNS given his age. I could see him going for a Head Coach position at some point if he wants to compete again.

posted 1 month ago

It was pretty obvious he was going to sign as a CC, no franchise team in NA is going to make moves mid tournament. My question mark is s0m, if he signs as a CC he's 100% going to NRG or 100T, but it would be a shame to see a player like s0m not play in Tier 1 or at least Tier 2 (which seems unlikely, given the lack of competent teams and good orgs in Tier 2 NA)

posted 1 month ago

He's one of the most consistent players historically in all of Valorant. He's the only one that's never left C9 and it's a shame that his team only qualified for one tournament. Xep has proven that he's capable of beating the best, C9 are just big chokers.

G2 tryna securing the franchise spot

posted 1 month ago

If they go as a duo I see G2 more unlikely to happen, but it would be 100% an upgrade. But the announcement is today, so idk if G2 is going to replace someone on the team mid tournament

posted 1 month ago

MOUZ and KPI beat them at their current form

posted 1 month ago

If signed as CC, he goes to NRG or G2 100%
If signed as a player, maybe TSM or G2 (sixth until he replaces Icy)

posted 1 month ago

He always says "we" when watchpartying, he does that with every NA team he's cheering for atm.
