I think that it could seriously help someone, but there's no chance in hell it helps me. I thought that the tips James Clear gives are very surface level and I felt mad reading the book. It felt like if I was trying to get some real advice, then I was getting slapped in the face by the shear amount of useless info and tips I was reading.
