For me personally this act is going great soloq, I’ve never been so good idk why I did nothing different but the thing is like when doing soloq u have a 50% chance of getting in a game with no comms and having no comma sucks ass u just insta loose that’s why I think having a duo would be great

5-6 Hours over a long period of time is not healthy .. try to put ur phone away in the evening and read a Book, go outside take a Walk instead of being infront of a screen the whole time (assuming your Job also includes Computer work). Most important thing is drinking Water, try to Drink more then u usually do.
