30 leg raises, 1 min break, 30 flutter kicks, 1min break, plank till failure. * 2

Thursday Push day:
3 * faliure push ups

3 * 12 dips

Friday pull day:
3 x pull ups to failure

3 x curls for biceps

Saturday legs:
Squats or jump squats (not till failure)
Sunday rest:
