I kinda see EG have set roles except for certain maps like Split. You would expect c0m to go scan init, boostio kj, jawg a smoke or raze, ethan on flash init and demon1 on jett or on astra in split. I think the best example of flexibility and cohesion is PRX and Navi (although they did poorly, in 2023 they did have a good last tournament)
