Prx outaimed and outpaced them plus most of the Guard members were super passive and didn't maintain the same great fundamentals they had in NA quals.

Forsaken living didn't really impact the round at all bc Jinggg had already killed Trent + Saya in mid. Soulcas' was definitely worse.

I think it'll be a close game but we simply don't know if either team is definitively better than the other until they play.

I doubt the music was the biggest factor, but that interview just made me appreciate McE even more. He does so much more for the team than just strat and comp making, and I trust him to drill them into being even better in the future.

I just want more international LANs and hopefully ones with crowds someday!

That doesn't matter look at this:

Saya's so nice

Can it not be both? I agree that PRX was a better team today and their style worked perfectly against TGRD, but I ALSO believe that some TGRD players (like trent) played a lot more passive than they usually would becasue they were nervous. Does that mean TGRD would beat PRX every time online? No not at all. Does it mean they might've made it more competitive? Yes. I think they'll come back stronger and I'm excited to watch them in the future, just like I'm excited to watch Loud, DRX, Optic, G2, PRX, and Zeta continue fighting in Masters.

I'd say that one is slightly different becasue they're playing against a team they've played against many many times. That adds a level of familiarity. I'm not quite sure what point you're trying to make, but if it's something like, TGRD are just bad and suck as a team and NA sucks as a whole, imma have to hard disagree.

posted about 4 years ago

That was also on T1 lmfao, we don't talk about it.

Not trying to take anything away from PRX, they played great and put a ton of pressure on TGRD with their aggressiveness and individual skill.

If you watch valyn's interview, it's pretty obvious that this wasn't how they expected to play. Nerves just got to them and it happens. I'd imagine a bunch of people expecting big things from them as NA's #1 seed could add a lot of pressure as well.

Yupppp PRX played well, ggs to them. Sad to only see Guard play against 1 other international team in officials.

Sad to see them only get to play against one international team (Damn you riot!!!) but ggs to PRX, they played well.

LMFAO you do better then, Matrix13e from Europe

They're better as well

posted about 4 years ago

No I know. I think DRX is doing better than TGRD at this event, but hey you gotta have some hope.

HOLY SHIT

posted about 4 years ago

My man's playing both sides

posted about 4 years ago

Well tbf DRX lost Haven vs PRX and then won the other two so maybe....

posted about 4 years ago

Yeah there's such a big difference. I believe in him tho, I'm sure he'll get more comfortable as his career goes on.

I'm with you.

Unless you get collated by Forsaken :(

I fully agree with this

Dw TGRD are fighting. 11-8 now and it's only the first map.

posted about 4 years ago

They were known as scrim gods beforehand. Berlin was when they managed to convert that into LAN performance. My point is the Guard have time to grow.

posted about 4 years ago

Nah Yay is definitely as good if not better than one singular leaf

posted about 4 years ago

Yes we've been over this they're still a super new team. Gambit didn't win on LAN instantly too.

posted about 4 years ago

Alright this map is a PRX win, hopefully TGRD can do better on split.

LMFAOOO AGED LIKE MILK + FRESH FRUIT

posted about 4 years ago

Yeah exactly. At the same time, I think if they can play their own game, they can still beat PRX. Rn PRX is just forcing everything on them.

I do

He changes team every 10 sec, makes the fans look worse. Hate Ballsaxx.

Sure man idec who wins I just want good games and better valorant

Ec1s did not impress mechanically and liquid need someone mechanically skilled

posted about 4 years ago

I'll be so excited for that

posted about 4 years ago

Tbf NA still has a shot to win this one. Loud and DRX are looking pretty great tho.

posted about 4 years ago

Honestly anyone! I love how even this tournament is.

I'm so happy to see Zeta winning especially because I didn't expect it

Porno moment

posted about 4 years ago

Nah that's not true. His strats and calling is pretty shit but he's good mechanically.

posted about 4 years ago

We'd only get Loud or G2 in the second round. Potentially if TGRD beat either of them and Liquid beat Optic/DRX then we could get it.

posted about 4 years ago

Hey I had the same final match lmao. Although I doubt Liquid beats Optic tbh

Engh was a very mid Overwatch player, and he was probably the best Valorant coach all of last year. Player experience helps but it's not the be all end all, and a lot of great players would make shit coaches.

posted about 4 years ago

Exactly they always come back stronger. I'm willing to bet they beat PRX but then they face either LOUD or G2 and THAT's super hard to predict.

posted about 4 years ago

That's really worrying tbh. They passed up the chance to get someone like MikesHD or sgares or McE, and now there's very few good coaches left in NA. I also don't see their work ethic improving that much. All in all, I think Sen might just decline until they split. They had their time, now it's other team's turn.

posted about 4 years ago

We'll see man! I hope for a good game (and some yoru yk) :)

posted about 4 years ago

Oh thank FUCK. Then idk who wins with Optic vs DRX, I just want an entertaining game with good valorant
