Exactly. It is true they played a lot worse on LAN, but I also think they deserve a redemption arc

Sure and Guard >>>>>>> all

3 insane sheriff shots on eco

THEY PLAYED OPTIC AND PRX YOU'RE TELLING ME OTHER TEAMS WOULD DO BETTER???

#STANDGUARD LETS GOOOOOOOOOO

posted about 2 years ago

WHAT WAS THAT

posted about 2 years ago

Alright keep thinking that my guy. Wait until they beat NRG in the lower final and rematch Faze in the grand final and beat them.

posted about 2 years ago

Unfunny + alt account + boring + try harder + ratio

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah that would be a good ass team but Saya or ban could also take the op role

edit: forgot abt dicey, he's definitely worth consideration too

posted about 2 years ago

That’s cap, Guard are just a good team like I’ve been saying all along

posted about 2 years ago

They’re a good team!

Also if vanity keeps this up imma have to start calling him one of the best fragging igls in NA. He’s been popping off.

posted about 2 years ago

He’s always had a world class breach imo. Mce talked a lot about how good he was on haven and stuff.

Bro thought saying "you should be cut" is peak humor lmao

posted about 2 years ago

Maybe maybe

posted about 2 years ago

bro you must've said some wack shit

Guard

posted about 2 years ago

Really? I'd say sieze is insanely strong when paired with a raze nade, brim ult, or any molly (just look at that 100T vs NRG game). And the haunt can provide insane information value.

Against Optic and PRX LMFAO

posted about 2 years ago

Aww it flopped sadge

posted about 2 years ago

I had that too :(

Try the outer wilds for something completely different but AMAZING

posted about 2 years ago

I mean yeah that too but they've still made it deep in 3 out of 4 major tournaments.

posted about 2 years ago

Pre nerf it def would've been, but now it's so weak

posted about 2 years ago

Cause they don't get paid and they do it anyway. It's very nice!

posted about 2 years ago

Good but not better than wall or deagle

posted about 2 years ago

Bump I wanna see how many guard flairs

posted about 2 years ago

Consistent winning is the best ofc. Optic is the only team that's done that (2nd at berlin, 1st at iceland, 3rd at copenhagen). If FPX win champs, then they will be the best so far. This will all change during franchising tho.

posted about 2 years ago

Whoops forgot raze nade, that's DEFINITELY a HM

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah that's fair. I'd say FNS is a clear #1 in NA, and I'd say Vanity is #2 becuase of his teambuilding abilities, but Stellar definitely has a claim for the #3 spot.

Glad to see you're back!

NOT INCLUDING ULTIMATES

Duelist: Jett's Dash - even after the nerf, it lets Jett disengage and avoid being traded out once per game. That's an insanely strong ability, and should never be underestimated.
Honorable Mentions: Raze nade, Neon's running, Reyna dismiss

Controller: Viper's Wall - this ability is the only smoke ability that covers a long stretch of area at once, and it's what makes Viper a must pick on Breeze and Icebox.
HM: Astra suck, Brim molly

Initiator: Kayo knife - this knife's information and suppression abilities are insanely powerful. It can single handedly stop a push for 7 seconds, provide critical info, and do so without any chance of being broken because it doesn't need line of sight like Fade's haunt and Sova's recon dart.
HM: Fade sieze, Kayo flash, Fade haunt, Skye flash, Sova recon dart

Sentinel: Chamber's Teleport - similar to the Jett dash but even more broken. Lets Chambers play in crazy off angles and take fights that would be suicide for any other agent.
HM: Chamber Headhunter, Sage wall

Feel free to leave your opinions below!!

Not a fluke, they just didn't adapt fast enough to the meta changes for stage 2 which led them losing the first two games. Then they lost very closely (I mean literally a 2 round difference) to NRG and XSET who were in the lower finals of NA (XSET won the whole thing). So far in LCQ they've looked a lot more figured out, but have had some issues with overpeaking and throwing some rounds. If they polish that out, they are definitely a contender to win.

I love ur baits

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah I’d say the only other soon to be free agent igl worth looking at is Zander but he doesn’t work roles wise.

posted about 2 years ago

Bro was dragging M3C all of stage 2 and you call that “falling off”

posted about 2 years ago

Exactly. Bdog would be an insane pickup for them afterwards. I think every other part of the roster is top tier tbh. Derrek, Asuna, and Bang are all contenders for top players in their roles in NA, and there's not really someone else who could replace Stellar rn. Unless you want Mocking...

You might just have a nerve problem (not nerves, like physical nerve) in which case there's kind of nothing you can do. But enjoy playing games anyway!!

No he’s right this is an awful post

I think they’ll work out the kinds (and maybe stop overpeaking). Being able to win on icebox after throwing a 12-9 lead has restored my faith in their mental. They would’ve been a dead team if they lost that but they didn’t lose.

posted about 2 years ago

Trent on smokes is one of the worst ideas I’ve ever heard

posted about 2 years ago

I’m saying it here first. They’ll probably lose once but not twice. If they clean up some of their throws (like on breeze and the end of icebox), they can definitely be a top tier team. Against SEN they didn’t even have Saya playing as well as we know he can.

posted about 2 years ago

Sorry but guard is winning no cap

posted about 2 years ago

Shao should be first imo. He won 21 clutches at masters and was a key reason FPX made it out of groups. Other than that good list.

posted about 2 years ago

ONE guard flair (maybe 2)

posted about 2 years ago

They’re my fav worldwide tbh

posted about 2 years ago

I think they’re more likely to beat SR, but that’s still unlikely

Ty appreciate it
