They would be IF they only cared about results. But most of these orgs think of it like a buisness, and it'll cost probably 10x as much to get the full roster (and coaching staff) from optic than a single player.

I really don't want them to split but I feel like it's gonna happen because they're gonna wanna play in franchising and both financially and logistically it makes sense for other teams to only take certain players.

If Cryo becomes available, it makes sense to snatch him up. Depending on if Optic split or not, FNS/Yay could also be incredible additions.

No 100T is the one team I trust to be phenomenal. I think they’ll mix a few things around but come out stronger because of it.

Also some of the best coaches are now outside franchising, like mCe, Chet, and Sykko.

Out of all the teams in franchising only 100T’s (and EG’s to a lesser extent) coaching staff have shown they have the ability to build a team from the ground up. I’m concerned a bunch of teams will snatch up all these incredible players but not consider roles and compatibility so we end up with a bunch of teams with amazing potential that never break through (like old NRG for example). Like imagine someone snatches up cryo, Babybay, supamen, bcj, and nismo thinking they’re all sick players, but then has a liquid moment without a clear cut igl.

I think the quality of NA teams will be less than at Istanbul when all is said and done. Hoping to be proved wrong here.

??? That’s not my point. You can’t base how good a team is compared to another on a single recent match. Obviously Loud played better yesterday and totally deserved their win, but optic have played better 3 times in the past and won then. Statistically (3-3 in matches, 1-1 in GFs) and logically, they’re equals.

Because on total record they’re even, and who wins will depend on the day and the small factors. As overall teams, they’re both the best in the world

Optic and loud are even teams, and no Brazil team is close to loud yet while some NA teams could feasibly catch up to optic. All this won’t matter when rostermania blows up every team (except maybe loud), but I’m hoping we get a super strong americas league in the aftermath!
