I have been in a fairly bad mental state the last two months. It started with a depersonalization episode from a panic attack which scared me shitless and made me perpetually worried/anxious, I drank alcohol a lot during this period because it seemed to help when in reality it was just kinda numbing me. I stopped it after new years and ive been slowly recovering, today was kinda bad day because I let my thoughts spiral again but it came after 8 good days and I was able to calm myself again really quick. I feel like im back to 90-95 percent of who I was and last 10 percent is just around the corner. So anyone whose reading this and having trouble with anything you can relax and know that it isnt permanent and you will get through it as you slowly get better. And if the going is getting too tough get help its not a bad thing. Even talking to a random stranger who've faced the same thing helps if you are not able to open up to your friends (it helped a lot in my case). If you want you can message me too, good luck :)

Equal grounds can easily be accomplished by holding a coin toss lol but SEA pros have declined tourneys in the past because of Mumbai servers so the Indian TOs have no choice but to hold it on SG servers if they want to have SEA teams. The ads in bw the overs are 5-10 seconds each. And they only mostly exist in shorter formats. Watch test cricket or odi there are far less ads
