Please riot nerf him to the ground for years out of the meta like you did with cypher. Makes the game less fun to play & watch (unless you abuse chamber). Brazilians have been the worst since their rise in cs. by far the most toxic region, death threats, players avoiding LANs due to threats, etc. Every region will have toxic fans, some more than others (turkey, russia,etc.), some less (apac, sea, kr, jp), but Brazil has so many toxic fans its insane.

If your opponent asks the TO to do something you think is against the rules or the spirit of competition you can feel however you like about the opponent but the one who enabled it to become a reality was the TO.
