• flor says they had sex 3 times that day, and she cleaned up after every time and never saw any blood or injury (brick was supposedly on top in 2 out of the 3 times they had sex, brick originally only claims they had sex once iirc)

• her roommate was in the basement that day

• the door was not locked and brick never asked to call her mom as she claims

pretty much nothing can be proven except the screenshots, so the only objective evidence is:

1. they spoke of having sex the day before
2. brick's messages on the way home don't really indicate she was sexually assaulted
