If you want people to take esports seriously imo you need to make it seem similar to sports in as many ways as possible. Interviews are great, and i don't think that wearing something nice and that is more professional looking is a big ask.

Also not sure why the coach is always saying that they "didn't show up" or something similar. why not just say that the other team was better and that we need to be better to beat them? there is no accountability and there is an excuse for every bad result, every bad play, every little thing.
