Organisations not teams. Its not about the roster but the organisations. Its like mutual investment by riot and the orgs to make a sustainable career in valo esports.

That is good news, now we need only 2-3 KR orgs and SEA SA and OCE
The only teams I see taking SEA players are GE, Secret and Talon (from the mentioned pacific teams) because GE was allowed to field a SEA + SA roster.
Yeah chances are Japanese players will be absorbed in KR orgs, but SEA region as a whole is just fucked beyond, such a huge playerbase is going to be out of the league
