let me try to explain my point:

1) Lev is miles better than shopify. aspas has worldclass teammates and support that help him to win fights and get kills that he would not have at shopify

2) Flor rearely loses duels, and when she does, most of the time aspas wouldnt be able to do anything anyways. he would prob get a few more kills, but not a crazy amount more

3) one player can only do so much. for example, if u put a diamond smurf and a radiant smurf in an iron lobby they would play at a similar level, even though the radiant player is obv way better than the diamond player.
