It’s not about a passport, it’s about a visa because demon1 would technically be working in Tokyo, it is a different situation than just travel, where he needs a special visa that takes a long time to process. Riot got those visas for all franchised players on starting rosters months ago, but demon wasn’t on the team at that point.
EG absolutely deserves their spot, but it’s sad that Demon1 won’t be there. At least LOUD and NRG have a really good chance to win the whole thing
