Both the games are very different from each other.
Agent Ban is not very realistic in Valorant because the utility available and their usage and the place that the agents hold in the specific scheme of a round is all very stagnant and not that flexible.
The aim of both the sides in LoL is the same unlike in valorant where teams have specific goals.
The agents that are used also depends on the maps and map ban is already in place to randomize the compositions played.

To make the new agents more viable, Riot should work on their maps and make it suitable for different agents from the same category to be played efficiently.
