the cons of trying so hard to balance and create somewhat equal opportunities for women. this is so fkn dumb

posted about 2 years ago

no, fkn read the stats you yourself are posting, most orgs changed comps 2 or less times and only fpx changed 5+?? coz its literally fpx's playstyle. just like how prx prefers yoru and neon wherever possible, fpx likes to keep it new wherever/whenever possible. it doesnt mean they won only because of that.it can be a part of 5% of the reasons they won, but in no way was an important reason. fpx have won with this playstyle and lost with it(4 times against fnatic regionally), fnatic won with same comps, does that mean fnatic did something noteworthy and fpx wont ever be able to match them? no.

understand what franchising means then ask no m3c?

popularity is often lost in the game itself and not in the competetive scene unless someone fucks up like overwatch did. csgo does better in esports (more popular, a lot less people play cs casually and dont watch esports), same with lol(there are people for both but the esports scene is too big)

posted about 2 years ago

now thats a strech, these 4 people dont even make 50% of the english valorant viewerbase. many people know them, but not all of them are dedicated fans who just watch them

750k without brazil, spanish, japanese or sentinels fanbase. that's a W in my books. prx have fanbase all over asia(and now world too) but nothing compared to the others i have mentioned, fpx are probably one of the least clouted team, if these two teams can give such a good show, its nothing but Ws

bro calm down

posted about 2 years ago

wp prx, i want to see if they can control this aggression next time, if they can reduce these overpeeks or if this is just a con of playing so aggressive

posted about 2 years ago

Prx rising. Don't put prx and apac in same category

latam is different, ik they are way to passionate . but this was one of the best crowds "I" have seen

posted about 2 years ago

ok they couldnt shout, but when just comparing japan crowd with this denmark crowd, denmark is way better and exciting. in future things might change for japan, but this crowd is 10x better than japan was

posted about 2 years ago

dont make this a eu vs na thing, i was comparing this copenhagen crowd 2k vs 20k japan crowd

posted about 2 years ago

thank god a decent amount of people are agreeing with me.

posted about 2 years ago

exactly my point, in tarik's word paid actors, nothing against japan but this is just one dimensional boring. 20k people will obviously make the even t look good but it isnt what makes an event exciting

posted about 2 years ago

to who? emea vs emea? surely the crowd will be biased to one team but there were chants for both. and it should be obvious emea team will get more shouts than NA teams in an emea event. its a good thing that there was a decent noticable cheering for both

posted about 2 years ago

there is nothing to enjoy about japanese crowds unless they do something, sure they cant do things that i am familiar with, but they dont even do anything different, like i said all they do is bounce those plastic things, sure a 20k crowd will look more glamorous and better, but without crowd shouting and stuff it wont be as fun. you can literally do what japan does with pre recorded audio

posted about 2 years ago

like seriously do you think there'll be these type of chants going on in a japanese crowds, forget cheering for a team that's not here (tsm) they wouldnt even shout for zeta(coz its not in their culture probably), but these chants and meme posters in crowds make it so fun. crowd saying suiiiii, supporting both teams its so cool considering its just 2k people. japan 20k crowd was just clapping(not even direct clapping but those plastic things) after every round. this is probably the best crowd we could've got for the first tournament, considering riot did this keeping in mind the restriction of travels for the cis players and overall covid precautions

W xD1LL4N vlr user

posted about 2 years ago

no wtf, that way even the audience will be confused what to watch and ruin the experience

posted about 2 years ago

they beat an emea team in lower round and then an asian team in lower finals to match up against an NA team in finals

posted about 2 years ago

the players definitely will be picked, the whole roster together might not though

posted about 2 years ago

dont worry, my guy has read some tweets from the NA t2 players and has formed his opinion, he'll learn eventually

posted about 2 years ago

tf are you on? the locations are chosen not looking at talents the country has but the ease of travel for international players. russians cant travel freely to US or Japan or any other european country, and even many sea players like the thai and indo players dont get visa that easily. you are so so stupid to think the locations are decided based on who the good players are lmfao

posted about 2 years ago

reduce the salary to 50k, why are you so fixed on that fact and not what he is trying to say? he is saying the val market was already inflated with 30+ orgs which was never sustainable

posted about 2 years ago

and things will get back to normal once val announces a t2 vrl league like in emea for all other regions, and it should be obvious that it will be announced.

Crashies isn't hot

posted about 2 years ago

i think most of the champs will be in a smaller arena 5-10k and the last 4 matches will be in a big arena just like copenhagen had no crowd then a different arena for the last 4 big matches

posted about 2 years ago

lmfao what sources, you can just go to the site yourself and check how many tickets are sold

posted about 2 years ago

the turkish stream gets 70k viewers when bbl plays, dont worry about crowd in turkey

posted about 2 years ago

its not all of eu, spain france turkey(not eu ik) have a very huge fanbase among the emea countries

posted about 2 years ago

do you even know how big 10 k crowd for an esports event is? people dont know about things and set this high expectations. riot already said this masters event there will be partial crowd, so it is you who is dumb to expect more than 5k people

posted about 2 years ago

heroic can do anything they want if they get in, signing m3c can make things much more easier for them

posted about 2 years ago

probably riot got mad or his source

posted about 2 years ago

lmfao are you stupid, do you even know what franchising means? m3c is not an org, how dont you know this basic thing

posted about 2 years ago

lmfao that wasnt shroud, sentinels fans never came back coz the team was and is so shit, there are some sentinels only fan who didnt come, and still without them valorant has managed to peak 1mil viewers

posted about 2 years ago

i am pretty sure riot checked about if the players can see each others screen

posted about 2 years ago

lmfao , stfu he can just switch places with his teammates who has a normal monitor angle and go to the farthest place. and first of all there is no chance in hell this is possible that he can see his screen, what copium are you trying to find

posted about 2 years ago

i think koi should get a slot, coz ibai alone can bring 200k viewers when koi is playing, same with karmine corp,

posted about 2 years ago

these cs forgs are also in tarik's chat wating for tarik to say csgo and then go on spamming random copypastas no one asked for

posted about 2 years ago

exactly, i like to watch tarik when i dont care about the teams playing much and want to enjoy, i watch my favorite team on the yt stream so i dont miss anything in game, watch party is just an add on

posted about 2 years ago

??? didnt you see riot adding a whole bundle in game to give to the participating teams? it earned like 15 mil and half of it went to champions team, which meant each team had around 500k what prize pool are you talking about. almost all players competing dont care this much about prize pool. and especially if the difference is literally of some few 100k

posted about 2 years ago

i dont clearly remember them throwing any 2v1s or 3v1s in fact they definitely clutched more than fnatic. also the prx game style is more forgiving as throwing is a part of their strategy, with them getting this aggressive its really hard not to overheat in moments.

posted about 2 years ago

No way you give apac 4 slots and japan one, even if we consider slots were decided pre 2022, japan viewership is a serious enough reason to allot them 2 slots. Also apac doesn't deserve 4 slots , prx is the only good team, the rest teams are a tier behind, who can't reach top 8 of a tournament unlike latam or japan

posted about 2 years ago

Yea probably,

posted about 2 years ago

Yep, and especially that 1v4 against mindfreak, that was just stupid , if that hadn't happened, FNC wouldve atleast gone till ot regardless of pistol
