infiltrator has played other agents in ranked too, ranked doesn’t matter. At least not that much

posted 10 months ago

so did N4RRATE

posted 10 months ago

doesn’t look accurate rly to the image we saw of Cloce wayyy too saturated color wise. Def don’t think it’s real although the abilities might be similar it’s hard to tell, things have been dead silent when it comes to what the agent does and tbh i love that cuz usually they would’ve been spoiled already

posted 10 months ago

yeah I think Union (fuck pancc and ntk) was their only shot. I hope they find a way to equalize it cus yeah at this rate it probably will be only NA orgs

posted 10 months ago

dude is imo the most like unknown quantity in terms of EG’s whole reserve last year, we have not seen this guy play an official like ever but if EG/G2 all have faith in him he must be pretty solid. Hard to find a sentinel though so probs their best option

i think it’s tough to say, i think Oderus brings a ton of experience and expertise to the team but fragging wise is def a step down. I think v1c has a ton of room to grow and hopefully he shows that today, i think this team will start off weaker but could appear better than last years roster. plus sym and aproto are on TSM now which looks like a solid roster

i think they meant that they thought the pronouns were (it was) instead of using it/its pronouns (which are also just as valid just slightly less common and depends on the persons preferred pronouns c:)

posted 10 months ago

i don’t think vipers utility is the problem. it’s her role in the game. there needs to be more agents which fill her role as a controller/sentinel cuz she has a monopoly on it and imo her toolkit is fine as is in terms of like nerfs/buffs, she’s just so versatile it’s hard not to pick her like skye. changing her would fundamentally ruin her

posted 10 months ago

brother N4RRATE is top 5 in rating this entire tourney 0/8 bait

posted 10 months ago

Kids have a ton of firepower and for being a completely brand new team to make it this far. They are INSANE. To put what looked like a prime PRX to their limits this early on the team is so promising. Hoping them and Vitality appear at Shanghai

posted 10 months ago

tbf glass cannon half utility awp on OT is kinda nuts

posted 10 months ago

i truly don’t know they have such weird comps idk if it’ll work

posted 10 months ago

he single-handedly won them the map against FNATIC. Bro is insane just having to go against the best itw as a rookie still

posted 10 months ago

he’s still doing fine, people don’t understand how much changing from duelist to viper anchor

posted 10 months ago

W ex-teammate

posted 10 months ago

I think PRX are just in their actual form now. regardless of this outcome i hope they can learn. Hoping that KC show some more but idk

posted 10 months ago

This is the Monyet expected coming into this team. Dude is absurdly good. Glad to see he’s playing confident of his abilities

posted 10 months ago

i personally really, really like him. I’ve been hyper critical of his Raze but always knew he could match and surpass Jingg guy had been one of my fav players since sonic

posted 10 months ago

Perpetually stuck in sixth place. They just don’t look hungry enough to improve. Will probably have to change roster and get bumpy to return to a strong potential to win. imo i don’t think EDG will be the chinese team to reach the heights this year. I think Wolves/FPX/Trace have better ideas and creative and could honestly go further

posted 10 months ago

I would like to see some roster variability or just change. I mean teams been the same for like 3 years I think they just need some variance

posted 10 months ago

Americas - SEN/LOUD/LEV

EMEA - KC/VIT/FNC

APAC - T1/GENG/PRX

China - TE/EDG/Wolves

posted 10 months ago

iirc it will be a 2-0 vs 2-1 so SEN and Gen.G won’t face each other

posted 10 months ago

if Qck plays like he is EDG 2-1 if not LOUD 2-0

posted 10 months ago

KC 2-1 PRX. Was hoping to see both these guys in the top 4 but it be like that

posted 10 months ago

it’s sad but true, i think this year is super promising though cuz of Gen.G. T1 could do well, Talon even had moments, and a lot more teams look solid

posted 10 months ago

if he’s on Omen he’s fine.

posted 10 months ago

that’s what i’ve been saying this dude is great on Omen and other smokes. Like Bind harbor viper

posted 10 months ago

THIS IS THE MOST FUN MATCH OF THE TOURNEY EVERY ROUND IS A HIGHLIGHT REEL

posted 10 months ago

they are on FIRE this team with wo0t WILL win trophies if they’re all playing like this

posted 10 months ago

the problem is something cannot play Raze.

posted 10 months ago

THANK GOD

posted 10 months ago

Not at all lmao. I am #1 Monyet Raze hater but he is a god on smokes.

posted 10 months ago

he was nuclear on his past teams (notably was one of the only reasons GE won matches) and almost brought his team ONIC G to Champs ‘22. He’s not been integrated properly into the system in PRX though… It’s clear he’s not comfortable on Raze and it’s infuriating that the team doesn’t realize it.

posted 10 months ago

This meta proves you don’t need a Raze. Work around like Qck or Miniboo

posted 10 months ago

because he plays anything else. We literally see Neon on the other side.

posted 10 months ago

no literally. Like he’s so good on Neon/Smokes/ANTTHING BUT RAZE ITS SO STUPID

posted 10 months ago

PUT THIS MOTHERFUCKER ON NEON I DONT GET IT MAN HES JIST NOT GOOD ON RAZE HES SO GOOD BUT KUST NOT THIS DUELIST. ONG PUT HIM ON ANYTHING ELSE AND HES FIRE JUST NOT RAZE.

posted 10 months ago

Forcing Monyet on Raze makes zero fucking sense oml he’s stuck trying to replace an unreplaceable member. It’s ludicrous i mean this guy is simply not good on Raze. I understand not having time to reinvent comps in time for Madrid but I pray this mf does not stay on Raze next split it’s crazy hes so talented but they’re kinda just tossing him in

posted 10 months ago

hope they don’t put monyet on raze and put him on Neon instead

Autumn made such a fantastic showing for the first AUS player in an international. Imagine if they got rDeew, Dragon, pl1xx, and tixx and formed like a superteam in China (or Maple or disKo of he still plays)

posted 10 months ago

Berlin is trying his hardest to call a disasterclass

posted 10 months ago

Autumn and Life trying their ASS off. AAAAY kinda threw the last few rounds they needed to play more off site

posted 10 months ago

I unironically think if Wolves was in another group they would’ve qualified. Spring is INSANE and pl1xx is on par with autumn. I think they’re definitely third place if not. Them and trace could both be considered second place

posted 10 months ago

ppl have been talking about the disappointments but I think there have also been some surprisingly strong performances that I have not expected to see.

1 - EDG Haodong - This guy has been out of form for eons and was their worst performing player, and now it feels like he can solo win them series (Bind vs PRX). Guy is a deagle demon and definitely has proven himself despite some of the rest of his team losing form.
2 - FPX Life - Guy has been an incredibly hit or miss player ever since EDG but rn he’s on fire. Being #9 rating with a team that has yet to win a map is kinda crazy and ya gotta respect the guy for his abilities to carry his team.
3 - TH Riens - Almost everyone was worried he would become an onliner transitioning from playing in Turkey to LAN, but it’s been the exact opposite. This guy is on a heater and his aim and utility are some of the best in this entire tournament. When him and wo0t play together i’m sure they’ll become an incredibly formidable duo.
4 - KC Sh1n - How is this guy STILL so fucking good. This guy was insane during the playoffs in EMEA and he’s kept his form to now. He has been so clutch for his team and always seems to be reliable with his utility and fragging power. Unfathomable he was on the 10th place team last year.
5 - PRX Forsaken - He’s always been incredible, no doubt about that. But his form looked shaky during pacific and he seems to have (so far) been the only member of his team to really step up this event. He also now holds the first ever 1v5 ace on an international stage which says everything you need to know about this demon, i just hope his team shows up this series and it isn’t a blowout.

posted 10 months ago

Trust me we all knew Berlin would be like this. Dudes been inting since 2023

posted 10 months ago

cus TH didn’t play them on Split and they have no idea how to compare their abilities rn. On Lotus maybe it will be more apparent which came more prepared into the event but also at the end of the day teams can beat other teams of different skill levels all the time so it’s hard to tell.

posted 10 months ago

These guys have super explosive and aggressive plays and can usually win a lot of rounds through them; but their calling can sometimes falter. Feel like this game was a bit of nerves going against a legit team (sorry FPX) internationally. Hope KC can bounce back I want to see this as a rematch in the GF
