Yeah, they had a decent series against TH while trying out retla. And even though heretics is really bad atm, they were on absolute fire in that tournament, I've seen that performance from heretics again just the time they beat giants; so you could say bleed is indeed VCT ready and it's a matter of time before they win ascension.
