1. ACEND were not a fluke. They beat ENVY and GAMBIT. They also did great in Berlin 2021, except when they choked 12-7 on map 3 to 100Thieves.
2. ACEND was good all of 2021. They won Masters 1 2021 EU on top of Champions 2021.
3. ACEND literally defined the Jett Raze Omen Cypher Sage comp on Split.
4. ACEND kinda invented the omen one-way meta (I think they did). Bonecold was the first to use it, unless my memory is terrible.
5. ACEND was also the best Bind team of the year and did things different than other teams, including the use of Omen and Brimstone on maps instead of running the Astra Viper meta in 2021.
