Zeta loses these ngl, its karma for benching munchkin
But learning dead languages is cool, you should try it sometime
Natus in Latin is a perfect active participle, which means it acts as a verbal adjective and is translated as past tense. It describes the word that comes after it which is "vincere" which is the infinitive form of the verb "win", and is translated as "to win". Caesar also uses this verb in his famous quote "Veni, Vidi, Vici" (I came, I saw, I conquered). As Natus is translated as "born", Navi's full name is "Born to win", which I always found weird cause I was taught natus means "son" so I always thought their name was "Son to win" for a long time.
nitr0 and Ethan achieved more in csgo than anyone in val anyway, they just wanted to smurf in comp valorant as a side job
TSM has to beat XSET and NV, the road ahead of them is hard but I think they at least have a chance if they fix some things
4/6 sadge, i rlly thought LG and TSM would impress me
True these teams in semis are miles ahead, only TSM was really able to compete with NV while Rise FaZe and LG got stomped
Since they're on LAN all the boomers + Ethan and Nitro are gonna get a buff and Asuna is gonna diff cNed. The only thing holding 100T back is if Steel malds too hard
What happened with NV vs TSM is like if the Knicks were playing the 76ers and the 76ers just decide to add Paul George a week before their match
Because Riot has the policy that they allow any team change no matter how good the player being added is, they should at least allow the teams who win to pick who they face, that way teams also actually try in closed quals and it keeps it more balanced
Yay being added isn't unfair, what's unfair is Riot not changing the seeding
I lowkey feel bad for you, your joy on this website is trying to bait TSM fans, it's like a problem for you
TSM played good on Breeze, but on Ascent and Haven they were too individualistic, not playing angles with each other and not using utility before hard clearing places. They gotta review and prepare for lower bracket
double controller is a valid comp on Breeze, although I've seen teams run Sova or Omen instead of Astra
Its ok we lose ecos no worry
NA acted like they were allergic to Breeze 2 weeks ago and suddenly both TSM and SEN pick the map
bro u saying free subroza when YaBoiDre's back needs physical therapy 💀
So many people think sinatraa is innocent anyways or just don't care about the allegations so I actually think sinatraa will get a second chance in tier 1 with a good team like 100T, the pr won't be as bad as ppl think
Unpopular opinion:
There is a very high chance (around 60%) that this is the last tournament that Hiko plays in professional valorant.
He is getting old, washed, and tired, I think that if 100T fails to make Berlin he could step down and decide to do streaming fulltime.
He knows he is the weak link on the team, you can see it on his face during interviews.
I am not trying to hate just speaking the truth so Hiko fans can brace themselves.
You're British and have an anime name, pick a struggle
He has to switch to valorant again XD
not a bad take tbh, but who knows whats gonna happen today
acting like stars matter
Not really tbh, there are probably as many TSM haters as supporters
F4Q literally was saving strats and streaming instead of practicing and still qualified to Berlin, meanwhile, FPX is in the EMEA death gauntlet
The only "if" here is asking if FPX can qual over G2, Acend, Gambit, SMB, Guild, or TL
Ikr its so intense, we figure out which lucky team qualifies along with SEN tmrw
They are good but TSM is also good
In the closed quals they seemed to really like playing Split so that was my logic, and Haven is a pretty good map for NV (I think Bind is their other best map)
These are lowkey kinda bs and guessing based on previous matches so don't take me seriously
NV vs TSM:
NV ban Breeze, TSM ban Bind, NV pick Haven, TSM pick Split, NV pick Ascent
TSM wins Haven by a slim margin and upsets NV on their map pick, and they carry that momentum into Split where they win comfortably. 2-0 TSM
SEN vs Rise:
SEN ban Ascent, Rise ban Breeze, SEN pick Haven, Rise pick Split, SEN picks Icebox
SEN takes their best map Haven, Rise responds with a strong effort on one of their best maps in Split and even the series, but SEN obliterates them on Icebox. 2-1 SEN
100T vs FaZe:
100T ban Bind, FaZe bans Icebox, 100T picks Haven, FaZe picks Ascent, 100T picks Breeze
100T wins comfortably on Haven, FaZe just out aims them on Ascent, but 100T claps them on Breeze. 2-1 100T
XSET vs LG:
XSET ban Bind, LG ban Breeze, XSET picks Ascent, LG picks Icebox, XSET picks Haven
XSET wins Ascent in OT, LG wins Icebox by a small margin and XSET takes Haven. 2-1 XSET
My guess for MVP of the day will be YaBoiDre as even in a losing effort he is the biggest reason LG keeps it competitive
Imma come back to this when I'm either right or terribly wrong
uncommon but still occasional hiyo L
Obv because they are in a tier of their own #girlboss >:D
