it’s not loud’s fault eu teams can’t stay out of lower brackets 💀
heart says optic
brain says loud
props to drx for giving us an insane series and never being out of it. this champs they showed us a new level and i hope they stay as a 5 next year. so much potential <3
map pool definitely favors it :( optic looks horrible on ascent
i agree zekken is great, but victor’s synergy w crashies and the team is just better. he’s also the secondary caller for optic so a lot of their structure would get messed up.
if victor is doing good, optic does good
prx started in playoffs at masters too, which is a big advantage and doesn’t test their abilities as much, whereas drx always fought their way out of groups.
drx ripped optic apart on fracture in copenhagen. and i don’t think the optic haven phoenix pick is really strong, it only worked since xset didn’t deny plants.
agreed, also their map pool feels really weak atm
i think mako>marved this champions. marved has been a bit underwhelming so far and mako has always been good
agreed. they need a dive agent like jett, and i feel like omen is more impactful than astra on ascent. the triple initiator comp depends on mid, and any good team would know and anti hard
saw it through bodork / george geddes a few weeks ago
i think i read somewhere that franchised aren’t allowed academy rosters? not sure
omg ty, i was gonna come back in 20 mins
he does it like no other chamber
xset trading looked really good, was scared for a second
and then you wake up
copenhagen was better imo, cause they cheered for both teams and were respectful, keeping in mind that denmark is part of eu.
larger than i thought it would be, didn’t think valorant would be this big in turkey despite hearing that before. nice to see a turkish player in front of turkish crowd.
champions players worked hard to get there. even though it’s understandable to be biased, the silence and disrespect (booing) ruined the atmosphere for a lot of players&viewers. i think drx x fpx match was a really good example of what the crowd should’ve been, respecting good plays and teams.
idk if it was sold out, but definitely good size crowd. shows how valorant fanbase is growing
for valorant, personally i would say no. i think japan might be a good place to hold it judging from their lans and japanese fans are always respectful
overall rating- 6.5
probably a 5. if an emea team does win, they would deserve it since it was the lower bracket. but i would rather see optic or drx taking the crown
that's part of the reason ive been watching sliggy more. he gives good coach insight and is pretty positive
been waiting for optic x fnatic since copenhagen
i think the second half thrifty gave liquid a chance, but just happy optic closed it out
GEEEEEEEEGEEEEEEEEEEEE
victor knife?
last time i saw optic's attack, they could barely get any rounds in. im glad they improved their game plan
although corey's a good player, he plays against t2 teams in na. i think theres a difference
if they were so set on playing this comp, idk why they didnt put fns on breach and marved on viper. it would have been a more comfortable role since fns plays breach on fracture and marved plays smokes anyways
as an optic fan, i had predicted tl to win. the map pool favors them slightly, and the aim diff is clear
