HES SO GOOD

posted about 2 years ago

A little unfortunate that they started overheating but we still ball.

Dep was playing pretty good though, until he started overpeeking.

Is he still washed?

Still goated imo. Just had an off map or two, like any other player.

Yesterday, Optic lost map 1 but still won the series

Today, Optic lost map 1. Could it be the same like yesterday?

So wait until the match is over.

I have no opinion, but Boaster's been hitting lately.

Even as a ZETA fan, i think they’ll lose but it’s to test the waters.

I also believe that ZETA will make a lower bracket run like last time and qualify.

So as a fellow ZETA believer, don’t worry if they lose tmr.

Wolf Guy - Wolfen Crest

I recommended this a while back, but this manga's pretty fucked.

I enjoyed the story, but some of the content is fucked up, so I advise you to proceed w caution.

Let's settle it here. Assuming FNC qualifies thru the upper bracket and 100T beat FURIA, I can't choose who'll qualify.

On one hand, I think DRX will mentally crumble after one loss and lose to 100T because 100T may have momentum.

On the other, I think 100T will narrowly miss out on playoffs because of a lack of LAN experience and probably mentally crumble too.

Who wins?

No, this is not a Netero review (unfortunately)

I’m just making this thread just to highlight the last quarter of the episode.

Her monologue was a real sight to behold.

Anime is a type of media. Each media has a different target audience, a different genre, and different concepts.

Some prime examples of Western media are Family Guy and South Park: these two shows have hella adult concepts despite looking like cartoons.

Just like Family Guy and South Park, there is a lot of anime with adult concepts. For example, Banana Fish. This anime has semblances of homosexuality, class division, and child exploitation.

  1. DRX chokes when the pressure gets going, which is evident for a fact. However, so do a lot of teams under pressure, and SEN do as well. Take last Champs, for example; they were grouped because they couldn't close out leads (10-8 --> 10-13 against Liquid on Split; 8-4 --> 11-13 against KRU on Split); they had ample opportunity to, but why couldn't they, especially against KRU? They were the better team, but KRU came through in the end. Going back to "DRX chokes when they face a team who are very aware of their playstyle and have better firepower," that's not necessarily a choke; that's one team better prepared than the other, which happened to SEN so many times.

  2. "No one in Korea comes close to DRX." Yes, that is very true. Because there is a belief that DRX blacklists every other team, those teams won't get the opportunity to come close to DRX. If SEN were in Korea, they'd be blacklisted from DRX, thereby getting outmatched. So that already invalidates your point.

  3. "DRX coaches have a bad read in the game." Okay, so is that why they always make international tournaments? Is that why SEN always fails to qualify for LANs despite having a better read of the game? That is such a dumb argument lmao.

  4. "SEN have proven before that they can combat the style of Korean teams (they are undefeated against KR teams and dominated NU)" F4Q AND NU? Two teams that don't even exist anymore? Two teams that played against SEN in two different metas?? Also, to the fast-paced gamestyle point, FaZe does that, and guess what? SEN lost to them. 100T is a most recent example, and guess what? SEN lost to them.

Come one, come all.

Name me some blazing hot takes for Champs.

Here's mine:
If LEV were in Group D instead of FURIA, they'd qualify for playoffs alongside FNC.

I've been a T1 believer ever since they signed Saya. I've never stopped believing in them, even when they got smacked around.

After Saya left, Curry stayed, and that still kept me believing in them. And after steel was signed, I thought things were looking up for T1.

After the whole "help sewers" incident, I still kept my faith, although I had a few doubts.

But these signings (Munchkin, Xeta, Ban) have been excellent, Munchkin especially because he's one of my favourite players and due to how insane he is on any role.

I'm excited and hopeful that they will get into the partnership program.

Putting ZETA as the worst team is not it.

Yes they're missing a crucial element to their team, but you can't say that they are worse than XIA, BOOM, and FURIA.

It’s fitting how this matchup was the first match of LCQ and now it’s the last match.

I thought that was very cool.

The head coach is formerly an Overwatch player, although back in 2017.

He later became a coach for the OW team he played for, and then switched over to PUBG.

I think I see the truth in EDG now.

Unlucky for me as a Japanese believer, with the JP teams going 0-6 today. Guess that's how the KR fans felt earlier.
