You gotta understand that rules are generic. Riot wouldn't consider each org/team as a unique case and then determine the outcome. Fans like you would think that Riot is biased if they did that. Let's say Team A gets to keep their points for whatever reason Riot provided, but Team B doesn't. Do you think the fan base of Team B will be ok with that? lol. So many orgs and rules to treat each of them as a unique case makes it not really doable.

So, if a team went from tier 1 to tier 5 and the tier 5 roster competes in a LAN representing one region due to the previous roster achievements, that would be fine with you? LOL. (I am not saying Heretics has a tier 5 roster, just an analogy so that this guy can see what's wrong)
