you're joking. his shield can be used to push and take control of chokes. vulnerable is already a decent ability to have on any agent. ult instantly clears a massive chunk of space on any map and gives him a 60-40 gunfight; 80-20 if he pops his shield. iso is anything but mid.
I feel like this isn't a fair comparison. the amount and quality of scrims that south asian teams get are nowhere near the same as the ones that even t2 t3 na or emea teams get. I mean, look at the talent drought in south american teams. they hardly come close in terms of talent pool compared to their na counterparts.
ofc this is all speculation on my part, but it makes the most sense on why things are the way they are.

imo riot needs to revert iso changes back to how it was and leave him be. considering the game will eventually have several more agents like league throughout its lifetime, its okay to have non-meta quirky fun agents. current iso is easily stronger than insta dash 3x 7second cloudburst jett, 2x nade raze and 2 trademark 2 anchor chamber.
