I'm a big fan of the ammo reserve changes for Phantom and Vandal, I think those changes made players a bit more ''deliberate'' with their approach
BUT
In my opinion small changes between the guns could still be made to further balance the rifles:

Option 1⃣ - Phantom goes ⬆️ to 3000 creds
Option 2⃣ - Vandal goes ⬇️ to 2800 creds
Option 3⃣ - Vandal clips ammo count go⬆️ to 28-30 bullets

option 2 is probably not viable as lowering that price would allow you to buy on average additional 2-3 utility pieces per half or upgrade a small shield to big shield once and the devs wanted to change the game in the other direction with their price changes of util/guns to be more expensive before.
Personally I would like to see option 3 being done.
