Each tier 1 esports org will be in charge of looking after 1 national team. E.g G2 will be running Finnish team and TSM would be running NA team. This would be decided by riot and the orbs would just put their names in. Then the scouting would be done by these orgs and they will choose the players whom they decide is suitable for the team.
