Well 3 of the top EU teams (Gambit, Acend and Liquid) are in a slump right now but Fnatic and FPX look like those teams did at Champions, maybe even better. Guild can be top but they have to fix their strategies. Individually Guild are fine though.

There is a big skill gap in NA. C9, V1, Guard look way better than other NA teams. Fnatic and FPX look way better than everyone else in the world. All depends on if Fnatic choke or not. Sentinels were the better team in Masters 2 but Fnatic still choked some maps and they choked vs KRÜ in Champions too.

I still enjoy watching any pro matches as long as it's a close game or the teams are not dogshit and/or trolling. International match ups are the best for storylines and different playstyles. Watching favorite teams is like a rollercoaster, if they win it's super happy but if they lose it's sad so sometimes I skip watching Liquid and Acend if they are trolling.

vlr rankings take into consideration past achievements and isnt just based on who is the current best team but instead the best team of the past 6 months

Well there are some really strong minor region teams like Loud, Leviatán (KRÜ will fall off after lost their coach), On Sla2ers, DRX and Xerxia. Definitely possible, I think minor region teams got a way better chance of winning an international this year compared to 2021. Meta will be changing though so who the fuck knows what's gonna happen because teams were perfecting this meta and now Riot fucked it up.
