1. major IGL drought for whatever reason, idk, none of the talented youngsters want to lead a team, most current tier2 IGLs are washed

2. a lot of uk cs players infiltrated all the big tier1 orgs to paycheck steal early when valorant released (liquid + fnatic for example). respectfully (not trying to hate), uk culture for esports is one of the worst of all european countries, major overconfidence and complacency, slightly lower work ethic.

3. top 3 IGLs emea are ange1, redgar and kolda. after that its like a wasteland.

I also feel like DRX coaches probably by now will of acknowledged their bad mental and hopefully addressed it so maybe they wont completely crumble but who knows. So I favor DRX.
