I think its because of how early we are in the game if im being honest
most igls rn come from cs and have their own ideas they bring from cs but i think ppl who's first really competitive game is valorant will be better than their predecessors
i think some of the young crazy players will eventually transfer to igl later on in valorant's lifespan and thats when i think we will really see the peak of valorant in terms of strategy and skill ceiling
(just my opinion)
