Brazil is one (if not the one) most black countries in south America. Argentina is a extremely white latin country, Uruguay also has a really small number of black people, Chile is more mixed but still way whiter than Brazil. I believe that's the reason why we have this difference. Brazil is a very racist county, but we talk about, people point and discuss it. we are tired of racism so we (or at least part of us) don't tolarete, even when are small acts, veiled acts of racism.
