NA so hard complaining about that but so sad that emea dont have decent tier2 scene because of a lot of problems economy, not big base of players(still playing cs), not a lot of events for tier2 only regionals league, havent off-season events yet
region with this problems couldnt have a lot of decent teams for compete on international events even the head of valorant esports dont care about tier2 how the scene can grow up if no conditions for this
